Shawntell is a woman of many attributes. One of her best qualities is that she loves helping those in need. She has a passion for woman's equality that helps her gear up for her mission daily which is consulting those who desire to be entrepreneurs. She has been working as a consultant for over 15 years and has been an entrepreneur for over 23 years. She is committed to ensuring that each business owner she meets clearly understands their business and how to operate as a business owner fully.

CRYSTAL BELL

Founding Board Member & Coach

Crystal has many talents, but her biggest one is that she specializes in artistry development. Crystal has worked with Milwaukee youth for 15 years, helping them figure out their gifts and talents. Her goals with Chayil members are to see every business shine in its own light. She gives great business advice along with creative ideas and assures they have balance in their life, business, and financial areas.

Myronica brings a wide variety of experience to the board of Chayil Inc. Born into a large family in Mississippi, Myronica is no stranger to service. She genuinely believes that success is the impact you make in helping others exceed their expectations for themselves. As a strong advocate for personal development and career advancement, Myronica has led teams in various industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Human Resources, and Hospitality, for over 20 years. Her mission is to help families in underserved communities exceed their wildest dreams for their future.
